Pale-copper color appearance,
by means of cold soaked for 23 hours with the grapes skins on
On the palate, it shows an excellent balance of acids.
At linger through the mid-palate with notes of lemon, lime and a bit of watermelon that finally to a nice minerality and spicy finish.
Fruity aromas allude to peach, melon with floral orange blossom and a hint of ginger.
