2019年デゴルジュマンについてWA誌スコア96点 飲み頃2021-35
All the 2019 disgorgements of Selosse's emblematic Blanc de Blancs cuvees are brilliant, and revisiting the November 2019 disgorgment of the NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru V. O. (Version Originale), I clearly underrated this wine on release. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of dried fruits, citrus oil, toasted nuts, drawn butter, yellow orchard fruit, clear honey and fenugreek, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and vinous, with terrific concentration allied with excellent tension. In fact, if this disgorgement stands out, it's for its especially notable cut and precision. Concluding with a long, sapid finish, it's a bottle that doesn't survive very long after opening in our household.（Nov 11, 2022）

Disgorged in early 2020, the new release of Selosse's NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru V. O. (Version Originale) is especially good, wafting from the glass with notes of honey, toasted walnuts, yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, orange oil and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, it's racy and incisive, with a pretty pinpoint mousse and a long, penetrating finish. As readers will remember, this cuvée is a blend of three vintages (2014, 2013 and 2012) from the higher-altitude, chalkier parts of Avize, Cramant and Oger, where yields are naturally around a third lower than in the parcels that produce Initial.

The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has turned out brilliantly, combining the substance of its 2018 predecessor with the charm and elegance of the domaine's 2017. Wafting from the glass with aromas of raspberries and cherries mingled with hints of spices, coniferous forest floor and smoke (much as it did in barrel), it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and vibrant, its generous core of fruit framed by fine tannins and bright acids. It will offer an unusually broad drinking window. Indeed, I already drank a bottle with immense pleasure. (The Wine Advocate, Jan 21, 2022)

「ヴォルネー・サントノ」の斜面を下ったところに
位置する三角地にあるモノポール(0.5ha)
1949年に植樹されたブドウ畑
スパイシーなワイルドベリーの香りにバラの花びらのニュアンス
ジューシーで艶やかながら丸みのあるタンニンがあり
深みを感じバランスの取れた味わい
Wine Seacher評価89点、飲み頃2024-34

「楽しいジュヴレ」を意識して
少量リリースするワイン
除梗後、区画毎にステンレスタンクに入れ
醸造所内の室温にて長めのマセレーション 発酵期間は約4週間
アルコール発酵の後、木樽に移し
バトナージュはせずに16~24ヶ月熟成
ドメーヌが所有する4つの区画からのブレンド
グラン・クリュのような凝縮感や複雑味というより
豊かでたっぷりした華やかな魅力
骨格はしっかりしており
5年程度の熟成が望まれるとの事
村名ジュヴレとしてはそこそこのお値段でしたので
楽しみに寝かせます

An intriguing mix of cream, vanilla and smoke makes for a dramatic opening. Creamy mousse defines the palate, expressing salty oyster shell and preserved lemon, shortbread richness and subtle saltiness. The smoky echo returns on the finish which is of pristine lemon expressing depth and soaring freshness in equal measure. The finish is pure and lasting. Lay this down and you will have treasure. Drink by 2035.

"Wheat bran, lemon and citrus pith are pure and insistent on the wine's nose with a sideline of almost ethereal lemon zest. The palate is lithe and pure--slender, concentrated, fizzing with intent. The bright, pristine core of lithe but intense lemon freshness lies bare, obscured only occasionally with the fizz and burst of a pristine bubble, but essentially naked in its chalky purity.
