ということを今回買うまで知りませんでした(;^_^A

ショップの熱心なお勧めに感謝しつつ
到着を待つ間のネット検索で、期待は高まるばかり・・・

The latest releases of the NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru V. O. (Version Originale), like its "Initial" counterpart, is derived from the 2012, 2011 and 2010 vintages and was disgorged inDecember 2018. As usual, it's produced from the higher-altitude, chalkier parts of Avize, Cramant and Oger, where yields are naturally around a third lower.
Offering up notes of dried white flowers, peach, waxy citrus rind and honeycomb, the wine is full-bodied, chalky and tensile, with more tension and concentration than the Initial, revealing a tighter-knit, more structured core and a long, stony finish.
